About ProSeGuardian
Built for People Who Have to Represent Themselves
ProSeGuardian was created for individuals who must navigate the court system without a lawyer—not because they want to, but because they have no other practical option.
Legal representation is expensive. Court procedures are complex. And for many people, the gap between having legal rights and understanding how the court process works is overwhelming. ProSeGuardian exists to help bridge that gap responsibly.
Why This Platform Exists
Every day, people face serious legal issues—housing disputes, civil matters, consumer conflicts—without the means to hire an attorney. When that happens, the court system does not slow down or simplify itself.
Our Origin
ProSeGuardian grew out of firsthand experience with the realities of self-representation.

Navigating court without counsel is not just a legal challenge—it is an emotional and logistical one. Confusion, anxiety, and uncertainty can quickly undermine a person’s ability to present their situation clearly. Through lived experience and extensive research, it became clear that what pro se litigants often need most is not legal advice—but organization, understanding, and preparation.
That insight became the foundation for this platform.
Real experience. Real challenges.
The founder of ProSeGuardian has personally experienced the challenges of self-representation—confusion, uncertainty, and the constant fear of making a costly mistake.
Out of that experience came a simple goal: to help others facing similar situations feel more prepared, informed, and supported when they have no choice but to stand on their own in court.
Our Approach
ProSeGuardian is informed by lived experience, ongoing research, and a commitment to ethical design in legal-adjacent technology.
AI is used to assist with organization, explanation, and preparation. It does not offer legal advice or make decisions on behalf of users. Responsibility always remains with the individual.
Users remain fully responsible for their cases, filings, and decisions.
A Final Note
Users remain fully responsible for their cases, filings, and decisions.
ProSeGuardian is driven by a genuine desire to help people who are forced to represent themselves navigate the court system with greater organization and clarity.
